The Marine Corps Exchange is an integral component of the Marine Corps Community Services organization which greatly enhances the mission and the health of the Marine Corps through improving the quality of life for Marines and their families. Our Exchange not only provides high-quality products for Marines and their families, but also contributes funding directly to maintaining and supporting Marine Corps Morale, Wellness, and Recreation (MWR), Child Development, and other critical family support programs that play a vital role in mission accomplishment at home and on the battlefield. Through organizational reforms and shared back-office support services, the Marine Corps has gained efficiencies that have directly resulted in enhanced Marine and family support. We are working diligently to employ our strategic plan, which lays the foundation for a sustainable future through transformational efficiencies, business modernization with mobile and digital solutions, and an enduring customer emphasis. The Marine Corps remains conscious of the changing needs of Marines and families while constantly seeking efficiencies and implementing best business practices. In all that we do, we are integrally aligned with our Corps, attuned to the goals of the Commandant, and proud of our long standing tradition of tailoring programs and support services to meet the unique needs and requirements of Marine Corps installations and commanders, and above all, its Marines.
